Information for Collectors
Firstly, thank you for visiting this website.
Over the next year I hope to bring you all the information that you will need to attend the Teddy Bear Artist Event as a collector, and really enjoy it.
Date
The Teddy Bear Artist Event will take place on Sunday 8th June 2008.
Times
The show will be open to the public from 11:00am until 4:00pm.
Cost of Entry
Entrance to the event will cost £3 for adults, and accompanied children under the age of 16 will be admitted free.
If you bring the latest issue of Teddy Bear Scene magazine with you (issue June 2008) and show it on entry, you will be given free entry for one person.
Venue
The event will be held at the Civic Hall, 14 Rother Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6LU
Theme
The theme in 2008 is 'The Four Seasons'. Come and celebrate summer, winter, spring and autumn all in one day!!
Refreshments
There are going to be wonderful homemade refreshments available at the venue. Fresh made-to-order rolls and sandwiches will be priced between £1.50 and £2.50. Homemade cakes will be priced between 60p and £2.00. A range of hot and cold drinks will be available throughout the day. (All whilst stocks last!)
Stalls
There will be 50 stalls containing some of the most beautiful soft sculpture bears and animals in the UK and beyond. There will also be two bear fabric sellers, and Teddy Bea Scene magazine in attendance.
The stalls are going to be a bit different at this event!! Some will be circular, some will be square, as well as a few of the standard size. This will all contribute to some fantastic and creative displays.
Artists
I have added a list of exhibitors to the website. This will continue to be updated as more exhibitors reserve their stalls. At the moment there are artists from all over the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, South Africa and even Australia!! I'm very excited that it is going to be a truly international event.
